Unfortunately the method Socheat recommended won't work for most DVDs because they are protected and encrypted. If you have a program that can bypass the protection and decrypt the DVD, then what Socheat says will work.

Just navigate to your disc, and find a folder called Video_TS. then copy the file from there. hth
