Unless you configure it in notification options for that server, no, it will not suppress mentions.

Does muting channels suppress mentions on Discord?

As the title says, I'm wondering if muting channels suppresses mentioned when you are mentioned, and @everyone. Only reason being I was clearing up my inbox when I noticed that my default notification setting was set to only mentions, but I was still getting a tone of notifications for stuff with no mentions.
