For the transformation matter, adding to 6's post, also they have their special footsteps sounds, and in most cases, special attacking sounds and maybe movement. For the most part, if you can play other fighting games, bloody roar has the same problems and bonuses for the blind as most others. It is important though in many cases to keep track whether your opponent is in anmimal form or human because you have to handle the animal ones a lot more difficult to handle as they have stronger attacks and such. Bloody Roar 3, however, has some instability and lagging issues with it.
