Not only do they spam you via your inbox, every visit to their web site is one big get spammed to death session. Re: Humble Bundle no better than spammers My mother is a casino worker, and because of this, somehow the place she worked at got my email address off her contacts and started spamming me with emails about Caesar's Palace Hotels, and for a while I couldn't find an unsubscribe button for some reason. I blocked the email address it was coming from, but they ended up changing their email and kept messaging me. I got tired of it, so I looked up their phone number on google and gave them a call. I called them at least 3 times asking to be removed from the list and kept getting the same answer, "click the unsubscribe button." There was no unsubscribe button. Well finally, 1 message did have it, and now I don't get messages like that anymore... well... for now anyway. Until her casino figures out that I got off their list and puts me back on again, because business ethics. Re: Humble Bundle no better than spammers The unsubscribe link is still there at the bottom of the emails, it takes you to a page that says it will unsubscribe you, and when you click the unsubscribe button it reports that the unsubscribe was successful, but the emails keep coming. I've tried three times.So I took the email they are sending the emails from and set up a filter in GMail to delete all emails from that address.My next step will be to log onto humblebundle and change my email address there to a self destructing one. Let them spam a black hole.
