I recommend WeTransfer, it's a free service that let's you send files up to 2 GB by e-mail to people. What it will do is that it will store your file on their server for some time (like a few weeks I think) and it will send an e-mail to who you want with the message

I have a question. When sending an attached file using Gmail how large can that file be? I'm using AOL but I don't know how large a file could be when sending through that email.
