And his reasoning is flawed too. I've written programs -- and downloaded programs -- that are fully compiled, with no downloading necessary (bar updates and such) and they run fine, irrespective of whether they have a certificate or not. Whether the application does have a certificate does matter, but only when you've downloaded it and ran it for the first time; after you've told Windows to allow the app to run (via "Run anyway"), it will not stop the app from running thereafter. (Side note: games like Undead Assault, BK1/2/3, Eurofly, etc. are unsigned, yet Windows doesn't raise a stink about them. Has the author ever asked himself why Windows raises a stink about his code but no other audio games that I can think of?) As a person who uses my computer for both personal and business use I have 0 time for things to potentially mess up my computer. Re: Multi extra Yes. A virtual machine is isolated from your main system, so if anything it will affect the vm, but it will not be able to actually infect your hard drive. That being said, do it on a vm that doesn't actually have data you can't replace, i.e a spare one you don't mind penetrating. And install Skype on there while you're at it. If this loser's methodologies haven't improved beyond this stage, he'll be remote accessing for the purposes of renaming/deleting files, and sending random spam Skype messages. Re: Multi extra well, I decided to test this on a throw away machine. I actually did find a few unique features that would be useful. For one, the YouTube Search actually works. Things like Elten don't work on anything with ads on it because of the encryption most likely, they just throw an error message. This has worked flawlessly on every single video I've searched for on YouTube, including stuff that I'm certain would've had ads attached. 2, it allows you to make a video out lof an audio file. This means, no more Tunes To Tube or similer sights that limit you on file sizes. Yes, this software does offer cracks. I can confirm, as the stuff I downloaded from it had files from a torrent sight, so if I were a moderator, that alone would warrent me removing the link tto download the software and closing the topic until the software dev removes the ability to download said cracked content. I can see why something like this would be useful, Hell, Ninite is a great example, but they don't offer cracked content. Mind you the only game I found on there that was a crack was A Blind Ledgend. They offer GTA San Andreas, but as of this writing the link is broken. There is a few more cracks like Microsoft Office, and I'm not sure if he's modified the windows iso files and I'm not going to check, but yeah. When it comes to other users who use the program, to be honest a lot of his user base comes from people who do not speak English really well, find a simple program, and do not even read the explanations about it's potential issues. The guy who posted about this error for example, probably just read the first post and nothing else. As somebody already said, I'm perfectly happy with my Foobar and Foo youtube plugin. Speech master is just a copy of blind extra, the only useful features it provides which are not illegal are switching synths with NVDA alt and numbers, which I can get with the switch synth official addon, as well as adjusting the volume with NVDA alt and arrows, which there is fortunately an addon for as well.
