You may also get Adapter to work as well, but accessibility looks a little clunky. I just tried getting a video and covnerting it to mp3 and it worked. what format are you trying to do?You can also just download the original video without conversion and then use another program to convert.my other suggestion is to press alt to open the menu bar and go to the options menu, then press enter on Update download engine. Wait a few seconds (update will freeze it all but will still run in background) and then try again.
