They said they were going to translate the audio as well, the first trailer was even in English, even if it was really bad English. But they haven't done anything with it since. I also offered to help, but that only went a certain distance before fizzling out. The only things that aren't are obviously the audio cut scenes in missions, any messages you get online because that's not possible, and names of things, otherwise the menus are already translated, at least in the portable one someone posted a few days ago.
