Actually for MIDI making I am using QWS. However, as far as I know, ABC (with EasyABC program) can be converted into printable music scores, etc. That could be an interchangeable way of sharing music between blind and sighted people alike.

Do you use easy ABC to make music? Although it surprises me. I do not use ABC to make MIDI, I instead use MidiText. Its syntax resembles that of ABC, in addition with just pressing F5 you can reproduce what you have done.
