Hi. I think it is possible that others can view/edit without signing in.Right-click/Applications on the file to share to reveal a menu of options. enter on the Share menu item which is at the top.Type the email address

This is a guess mind you, but when you share, it's set up by default that people who have access via the link have the ability to edit the file. I always go in and uncheck that box. I wonder if it's set up that they can edit
