I'm hoping he adds the better way to know if a setting is on/off, but there is a simpler UI option that gets rid of those links at the bottum of the page. On PC those links are easy to stay away from, but the top few do something. the very top that says xp to the next level, is self explanitory. then you have your drachma, lp, ancient coins, and vanguard marks. If you play on pc, you can go buy lists and arrow around a bit to find where you are, until you get used to how many items a list should have so you know what to look for, as well as just figure out the interface a bit better. I don't know JAWS key comands, but i know NVDA plus numpad slash by default will let you move your mouse to where the keyboard focus is, and you can click away. make sure mouse tracking is turned on, nvda+m by default, so you can tell where it is at and to make sure that its where you want it to be before you start clicking.

@Orin at the moment, they're more just to pass the time and get some rewards. I'm working on a story of my own that I'm hoping to get featured in the Acropolis as well, as there isn't too many stories in the whole game, so worrldbuilding's definitely open.The main objective is to battle titans at the moment, but who knows, if enough people write stories and get approved then there could be a story run as well eventually.

Glad that work is going into the game, since what I've seen so far looks interestting but the complexity of the interface is I'm afraid currently a bit of a turn off. last time I tried on Ios, I couldn't even find the way to go patrolling in the acropolis. As I said, some headings to jump around the screen to relevant information, some easier ways of opening and closing different things, inventory, vendor etc, and some links that were a bit more clearly labeled would be great. Btw, you can easily test the interface yourself with either enabling voiceover on Ios, or trying the NVDA screen reader from https://www.nvaccess.org. hth.

Okay I gave this one another try on chrome and Ios today. I'll add some observationss, but I freely admit I've not got far into this game, also, whilst I've played a lot of Ios titles, I'm less experienced web navigating with vo than I am with chroee. Firstly, a major problem I'm having, is that the game has way too many links, especially when viewing items and it's not clear what actually does what, EG what closes the inventory, what sells items, what uses items etc. On Ios this is compounded by the fact you need to swipe past each and every item jpg image. it would be very helpful if the links which actually did things had clear labels, EG I didn't realise I needed to double tap on the price of an item to buy/decode it. As part of this, i often had issues with elements of the screen that seemed to either overlay other parts, or which did not appear where they should. For example, everytime I opened the inventory or a vendor, it seemed really difficult to get back to where I was, since there are hundreds of things labeled X, Back or reload round fill, and I was never sure what applied to what, likewise, the messages that told me when I'd actually used an item or picked up an item from the post master were less than clear, indeed I seemed to be picking up the same attack core about ten times and I just got it once, presumably because the post master vendor information didn't quite refresh, or maybe it was somewhere else on the screen I don't know, since sometimes new alerts and info turn up at the bottom, other times, EG when moving to a new location or using a vendor or viewing enemy info, they seem to be somewhere else on the screen, which again would be no trouble with headings.combine this with mostly unnecessary information such as player leader boards, current players online and the large amount of links to things like twitter and facebook, and navigation becomes mildly frustrating. it'd be nice if the game could either A, be slimmed down with the info you needed in more sensible places as in the stories, or B, if headings could be added to quickly flick between what you needed, EG when you click on something like use an item or view stats of something, and could instantly flick to a heading to get to the choice you'd made. I also would really like a way to disable the chatbox on the web version as well, and maybe if at all possible disable images, indeed I am not sure if disabling animations in settings worked or not, since I've clicked on it, but there isn't an indication whether it's in operation or not. Similarly, I see a "load chat" option, but again I wasn't sure whether clicking on that worked or not. I did try creating a custom chat roomm just to get rid of the long list of people and comments,  however that covered the bottom of the screen with a permanent alert box, so I wasn't able to actually play the game that way If anyone who is more experienced in the game has any thoughts, feel free to share, these are just my current impressions of how things have been from my testing on Chrome and Ios.

Hi Firestream and welcome to the forum. As I said in post 28, I was less successful when I tried the game myself due to some previously mentioned issues, EG unlabeled images and the like, but will be more than happy to give things a good try and help make the game more accessible in the future. It makes perfect sense that you didn't design the game with screen readers in mind, however fortunately when your dealing with a game that is predominantly both text and html, you already have lot of the basic elements there anyway, EG the text is actually readable with screen readers, so the rest shouldn't be too hard to fix.

It also helps that if you touch the screen while battling, it pretty much always puts you in that part of the screen, so you can just use the links item to find attack and it'll stick on that.

Not yet. I think he's focusing on the web, but weirdl, battling's slightly easier on iOS because it tells you if the enemy has a shield or not. Combat is, essentiall, turn-based. You attack, enemy hits you back, and so it continues.I've just sent firestream an email with a link to this topic as well.Also, second update: on the web if you set the combo box to custom, at the top of the page, this will essentially hide chat. Useful if battling and then you can set it to global once you want to chat.

Go to my settings, press spacebar on the clickable underneath "load chat", and click save at the bottom of that screen. then, go to the titan conquest website again, now the chat should be hidden.

I confess I'm having trouble with this one, or maybe I'm just impatient . to decode memories to go the acropolis>codebreaker. Click on the drachma amount, for example for that white, its around 1500, and double tap for it on iOS, hit enter on pc. Then hit yes at the bottum. Then, you can see the information, the perks and what it gives you on its attack or its defence. THen you can eitehr hit dismantle (destroy for xp and infusion materials (for later on infusions)), equip, or ok witch does nothing.

Hi,How do I decode memories?It says my current rank is 0, I have one white memory but, on iOS at least, if I click take to codebreaker, nothing happens. There's also an x button for some reason as well.

yes, this game is on iOS. Battling is easy, and what i do if i'm in the acropolis i just hit the reload button at the top to go back to a blank slate. This is what i play on my phone, at all time, if i'm not reading a book. However, on my pc i don't really play.

Hi,It is.  you can find the link on the main site.Just a reminder, many times you'll have different views like inventory, shops and such stack.  press back to make one of them go away if you want.  Though lucky it doesn't jump often, so battling is easy once you get the hang of it.While I do prefer games with more tactical combat, the progression and friendly players make me want to stay around.

Hi,Do we know if this is going to possibly be on iOS?I have an android but it's a Samsung Galaxy S4 with android 4.4.2, so I don't really know how well it'd work. My iphone is a little more modern than my android device, an iPhone SE with iOS 13.

i updated the article to describe shields, clans, the clan shop, and enemy teers. If there are anything else you need described just put it here, i'll respond in the topic and add it to the article. still in articles room, i'm glad you guys ar enjoying this as much as i enjoyed writing it. Oh nice guide! So sometimes, I kill an enimy, but only do half damage, before he comes up with a huge health bar.  are these the ones with shields?  I was so confused when the one I thought had 50 health suddenly ended up with 500 after getting that down.

@10, you can see how much an enemy is hitting you buy above the amount of health, and below the amount of dammage you do. So you'll see it attacks you for, and then on the next line it'll say a number, thats the amount of dammage it did. Also, a roman numeral above an enemy means its stronger, has more health/defence, but gives you more per attack. As i asked earlier, do you want me to write an article ot answer all questions you might have?

hello. For people who are having issues buying a weapon, or playing the game, i recommend using the mobile app. After reaching max level and now on the grind for drachma to the underworld, the mobile app has helped me a long way. You have to click on the link for the amount of drachma for the item you wish to purchase, and then a yes/cancel prompt will appear at the botum of the page. For anyone who wants it i can write an article later on my own success in the game, and how i did it. This game gets fun later on, but i would recommend dealing with armor and not weapons as you can get better weapons by killing enemies and decoding memories. SOrry that this is long, i just like helping others to success on this game. The developer, Firestream, is up for suggestions if you see him in chat, or e-mail him in game.
