Re: Working: how to install an IPA file to your iOS device discussion If any of you are interested in playing PSP games on your iPhone, there are IPA files for PPSSPP at:https://halo-michael.github.io/en_US/You can just add it to AltStore, I believe the public version works with adding IPA's, just not sources. Remember to get the INI file, just go to Files app, On my iPhone, PPSSPP, PSP, System, Airdrop to Mac or put it in OneDrive or something, set CPU to 2 instead of 1, change nickname, maybe turn on WLAN for online play, and put it back in PPSSPP/psp/system folder on your iPhone. The great thing about this version is that you don't have to mess around with trying to find your game! Just put it in local storage, like the PPSSpP folder on your iPhone, and double tap on it in the Files app, and boom! It's in PPSSPP and starting up! I was able to even do all that without a game controller, and even found one of the face buttons and one a round of MK Unchained, with Kitana if you're curious, lol. So yeah, it's really great.Note: if you're on iOS 14, you'll need the beta. The latest beta, from Patrion. I've even tried to see if re-installing altstore would fix the problem, but altserver does not find my device through wi-fi sync, USB, bluetooth connections, nothing. My computer and iTunes recognize it, my phone can charge from it, and it has no issues with wi-fi or bluettooth conectivity on either end. I can't even open the altStore app now.edit:i've tried everything in the FAQ's. I meet all of the requirements, have all of the tools i need, and was even able to use it for awhile, its just after a week when it wouldn't refresh any of my apps it just would not open, guessing because it couldn't refresh itself. FYI, the main menu options from left to right are level select, options, and info. They are all along the bottom of the screen. VO unfortunately doesn't work with the PS2 main menu and it works with all other games. Ifile is a perfect example of that. It used to be the best cydia file manager, but now it will not install due to it beeing 32bit. Also, yeah, I've had the "info not correct" problem, and newer updates seem to fix this, for me. About signing, AltStore re-signs apps in the background, as long as your computer is on and not with the lid closed, so you don't have to worry about that. That's the whole point of AltStore, well besides being an alternative App Store.As for it taking a longer process, yes. You're right, and I think that'll deter many blind people who want some easy fix for playing Pokemon. But if you really want third-party apps not on Apple's restrictive App Store, you may find that taking one hour to get this done provides many more hours of fun! Anyway, Cydia Impactor and Appcake don't void your warranty to my knowledge. Also, if you really needed a warranty service you can apparently reset your device to factory defaults and restart from square 1 which will prevent Apple from knowing that you used a jailbreaking service.
