For actual magic I'd have to go for expecto patronum as my favourite spell, I even have a very cool video of me doing broom training in Anwic castle (the castle in north England where a lot of the potter films were shot), holding a broomstick with two robed wizards yelling "expecto patronum!" at the camera! But really, for alliteration and just fun points I'd have to go with lockheart for at least trying, failing myserably, but trying none the less .
