At this thats all its really good for... the ability to watch youtube without having any problems. And why would tab order stop NVDA from reading things automatically? What sucks is that when nvda stops reading, it also loses the ability to interact for some reason with the page.. even through the elements list dialog. NVDA just hanging around. youtube interface is now less accessible with NVDA. And yourtube is good... except for the fact that I cant sort my search results like I can on the normal site. Re: Youtube Website, strange issue with search results A quick update, and its not good news:The search results are now getting worse and showing less information. Before the video heading it used to show the duration and there was a watch later button. Now, all of that information has been removed. So now, you can no longer find out how long a video is.This is annoying as I use that to determine how long each part of a lets play is, which would let me decide how much time Id need to watch.Now, to determine the duration, I have to go into the video itself, find the flash object, go to it, arrow down through all of the buttons and then find the duration itself.This is really quite bad because there are some screen readers that cant read flash objects properly.Im now seriously wondering what YouTube are trying to do. Are they trying to streamline the pages to make them look less spammy? Re: Youtube Website, strange issue with search results The strange problem I had with YouTube (which I dont have any idea whether it has been resolved or not), is that if a vidio starts, when you up or down arrow, NVDA wouldnt speak. You need to manually press the insert+up arrow key for it to speak the current line. And you know whats even worse? If a vidio starts and you haventwent into the flash object, you navigate to it and press enter, nothing will happen using NVDA! You wont be able to enter the flash object so it means, unfortunately, that either I have to get to the flash object quickly enough before the vidio starts, or that I cant pause the vidoi... Anyone have this issue? It works fine like, about, 1 month ago and had just started recently. Youtube Website, strange issue with search results Hello all,I dont know why, but now when I search for something on YouTube, every heading with a link to watch a video, says, quite literally, watch video before the video name. This is really slowing my ability to browse and Im wondering what on earth the developers are up to, as I find this addition to be a bit of a timewaster. Its more those who have slower rate speech, as they will have to wait around for at least two, maybe three seconds logner than usual before getting just a video title. Now, when navigating by heading through the search results, youll be able to immediately distinguish between a video and a playlist, as the videos say watch video, and the playlists say start playlist. That being said, its still pretty irritating.
