After a disk check that didn't solve the issue, a bit of googling around and fighting with the command prompt, I finally managed to fix the thing and remove the corrupted folder from my system for good! Lol. But thanks anyways, haha, I got it fixed

They're not in use, I took it off sync just before deleting it off from my internal hard drive, there are 0 files in that folder in total, that folder and the empty 2 subfolders are just kind of, corrupted. But I scheduled a disk check and will see

You could get that behavior if the system thinks the folders are in use. Try rebooting the system, then deleting them.You could also try scanning the disk for errors and fixing them.
