I assume, that you want to view the comments in Google Classroom or Google Drive? I am not sure how that works. I instead asked my teachers to give a private comment. @Minionslayer, I think it is not text always, sometimes some portion is highlighted to grab

@aryamansingh, Well they're just going to be more text on the file, right? Like there's no special comments mode for PDFs.

If you're using something like MS Word or GDocs, your screen reader will probably announce changes if track changes is enabled. Otherwise, they will usually mark their comments with an asterisk (*) on the page. Both Word and Docs have commenting systems as well
