If you want to make it your default voice on a 64 bit machine, this goes for any sapi voice, in a command prompt change to c:\windows\SysWOW64\speech\speechux and run sapi.cpl. Its the same dialog that the control panel brings up, but it lets you change the more

I dont know what the attraction is here, after listening to the voices, I uninstalled it. Unless Grave of Redemption change the SAPI settings for the entire system rather than for just itself.
