Since I'm too lazy to switch my language roter voice to mexicon spanish, let's just change the roter voice to that and keep it that way, even when reading english That's what I'm doing right now. You can set the default speech voice for a language for iOS in general under settings>general>accessibility>speech. in iOS 13 this menu is called spoken content. I just looked at it and it looks like it just gives you 1 entry for Spanish and you can select between all voices in every dialect there. Most of the stuff I have read is related to places like mexico and bolivia, so I find it unlikely that all of these people, or there sites, are in spain.
