Place mods in the mods directory, then edit soundrts.ini mods section. About mapmaking, look in the documentation folder, there should be a map making guide

help with a sound rts query

hi,I have just picked up this game again from about a 5 year absence and was surprised to see all the many changes.the stuff that interested me most was the mods people made, in particular the world war mods, my question is, how do I install them to the game? I have looked everywhere for a read me on how to install these mods but so far I have had no luck.also is there an how to file on creating maps? again I tried searching google for this information but came to a dead end.
