Grossgang.com's your go to for old interesting junk that's sometimes useful or fun to mess around with. The voices are on there.You do need sapi 4 though

Aren't those the old voices you used to be able to get for windows XP? Not sure if they're still available, but from what I remember they were free, so they might be on the wayback machine or something.
