Re: jaws problam Hi,I will try to help you as much as I can to resolve this problem, although I cannot guarantee 100%, since I have never came across this problem.First, if you have uninstalled jaws, to make sure that everything is removed, try an uninstaller.If you dont know what an uninstaller is, please let me know.Then, after youve completed the process, restart your device and reinstall jaws again.Please be certain that you have an internet connection during the installation process, as jaws will need to download some files. But if you dont already have an internet connection, dont worry; the installation process will be completed successfully, but some components will not be installed, for instance, OCR. So please, just to make sure that everything goes well, please connect your computer to a network.After jaws is installed, you will be asked to restart your PC. Do it.If jaws fails to start again, please run a repair which is found either on program files, or over the jaws setup file.I think the repair option should fix this problem.Ah, I forgot to say, please when uninstalling jaws, select remove jaws and shared components and also click yes on remove jaws user settings.So this is all. hope it really helps you.
