It's an awesome platform, with lots of features. I think it's better to report unigram bugs to It's own developer, since he's more likely to listen and fix them. a lot of us telegram users have bad experience from contacting telegram

On Telegram for Android, all the buttons are properly labeled, but yeah I agree that on iOS, the Telegram app have lots of unlabeled button. It confuses the hell out of me, when I was using my friend's iPhone.

If you want a user friendly telegram app for windows, try Unigram. It works very well with screen readers. I have been using it for a few months now, and I sware by it.
