Playable in my own opinion, which I stress is only my opinion, playable has to mean you can play the game with a similar degree of control as someone sighted. Fighting games, for example. You can control the gameplay with more than just luck. Rock band is another example. I might get the game though.. just to see. It looks quite fun! Re: playable ps4 games Pirate Warriors games arent playable because it requires you to run around the stage as one character, whereas samurai warriors 4 allows you to control two at a time, with the AI controlled character doing a lot of the moving for you. That is why as sad as it is, Samurai Warriors 4 is the only one playable in the series.Dan, my advice is get chronophantasma... if you have a console, you might as well get it for console. PC is always an option, but Id much rather have it on a console as the odds are there will be more people playing it there... unless the pc version has cross play? Re: playable ps4 games Hi.Well, the Telltale games contains lots of action. I wont recommend Life is strange, unless someone wanna buy the game just to find themself stuck at the same place as me. If you can get sighted help and do some great explanation on how to continue from the bathroom in the very first part of the game, it would be awesome for sure. Yes, the gameplay is the same like the Telltale games, but there is one small but really important difference between those games: Unlike the Telltale games, the right analog stick rotates the character 360 de grese which makes the game harder to play. Not impossible but just harder. Or, impossible at the place where Im stuck. Brad: Regarding horror games, you should check out Resident evil 6 for ps3.Most games can be bought through PSN on the ps4. THats what Im doing. I know it sounds weird, but I find it easier to download games to my ps4 than my ps3, and find the games afterwards. This is mainly because of the way the interface works on the ps4. If you start the wrong game by accident, you can quickly exit the game and take the next one. This takes a while, on my ps3. But I have the oldest ps3 which might be slower than the newer machines. So I like it a lot. And a game like Samurai Warriors 4, on the hardest difficulty is a game that requires you to strike carefully and move quickly to avoid attacks. I may try the telltale games, but Im curious... they sound like a lot of cinematic to me, with just a little bit of gameplay that usually involves exploring and moving. Orin, I havent looked much into blazblue chrono phantasma extend, so Im not sure if theres enough in terms of changes that makes it worth buying. J-Stars Victory vss story mode is not playable, I can pretty much tell you that watching videos of the original game that was a Japan exclusive on ps3 and vita, but there is now an arcade mode... and you can unlock characters through there. apparently, the story mode in this game isnt all that worth it and if we dont get to play it, I dont think were missing out on much. haha. Most people on this forum probably do not enjoy street fighter all that much, because it doesnt have the shiny bells and whistles that other fighting games have, namely, huge amounts of single player story and other modes. I play SF and other fighting games because of how much strategy it takes to play against someone or even to outsmart the computer AI on a higher difficulty. Every attack out of the 25 normal attacks every character has is different, and thats not counting specials, supers, throws, etc. Other fighting games have lots of game mechanics to memorize on top of the basics, but Street Fighter keeps it simple and leaves it up to how far you can strategize with your characters during a match. Its like a chess match played in realtime... and that applies to 90% of fighting games which is why I enjoy it so much.
