Hello.why dont you set your system local to korean temporary and then extract the files? After that you can bring it back to japanese.

Ive tried all the obvious solutions, yes, and none of them have worked. lol so Im at a bit of a loss now.

Hey gang. Not sure who might know about this but I thought I would just throw the question out there and see if anyone can help. I have a zip file containing non-unicode characters, in this case Korean... and my system locale for non unicode

Tried that already. doesnt work, at least not with a different system locale, apparently. Unless theres a specific feature Im missing.
