I use esset smart security combined with malwarebytes. To me I find that those two really helps, plus I love how esset is accessible with JAWS.

At least with Jaws and NVDA, it seams to be working pretty fine.

I once used AVG, Norton, and SpyHunter. Personally, I think SpyHunter (http://guides.uufix.com/Spyhunter_Download.php) is the best. It can detect Trojans, worms, adware, browser hijackers and rootkits.
