Whoever said that the reg file should be somewhere in the registry... is right. The user code, is infact, in the registry, and the game can be transfered to another pc, just locate the .reg, file, export and save it, copy the game to a usb drive or whatever, along with the .reg file, delete said reg file from the registry on your old machine, then copy both the game and import the .reg file into the registry of your new machine. Just tested it out and it works, out of curiosity.

I have the same issue with a lot of their games. The fact that you can only use the code one time makes no sense. If you had a limit of uses, that would be different, but once?I only have a 128 GB SSD, and a while ago I had to delete quite a few games in order to conserve space, and now I can't play any of those games again.

Sorry for reviving this topic, but I had a copy of a western drama. I just bought a new PC and planning to put the thing on my new computer. Unfortunately the code can be used once, I have no way to access the game now. I've sent an email to audiogamestore people, but hadn't got an email from them yet. This is a pain, they should implement an option to deauthorize the usercode from a computer that is no longer being used.

Hello,Yes, it looks like you can only use the user code once and to use it on a different computer you need to contact audio.store to reset the user code to allow you to play the games.

Hi.So I'm reviving this thread because, well, I can't get the registration codes to work. I download the game, extract the zip, run the exe, and get the enter the user code message. I enter my user code exactly as it appears in the e-mail, but it still keeps saying incorrect user code. What's going on?

Hello,Actually I went threw the same thing myself. what I did is emailed i...@audiogamestore.com  with the name of the game in question and I gave them my pay pal  transaction ID number and their team reset my user code which allowed me to play the game. hope this helps Heidi

You have up to five uses for keys, though unfortunately I don't think there's a way to deauthorize one. You could possibly contact them to deauthorize for you, but you could also just copy the game directly and keep all of its data.
