Re: Is There an up-to-date list somewhere, or could somebody make one? You pretty much need to use NVDA along with OCR for windows 10, not relying on NVDA's OCR addon. You do need to press NVDA+R every time you want to read text, and to be honest it's pretty accurate, for ffx at least.
