The only thing I am having trouble with is knowing which direction the different statues are facing. I know they need to face south, but since I simply cannot get translation to work properly the directional choices will not read for me. Could someone tell me which choice is the correct one to select? Like I said, I know which direction the things need to be facing, I just don't know which numbered choice I need to select be that the first, second, third, or what have you. Thanks again. Re: shadow rine full voice version released Hi Folks,I've been playing this game for a couple of days now, and am really enjoying it. However, it appears that I am stuck in the second dungeon, that being of course the volcano dungeon. I think I got most of the way through it, but am not sure. I am currently in a room with three more rooms that branch off from it, one to the east, one to the north, and one to the west. The one to the west eventually leads to a south exit that leads to a room with a treasure box that I cannot access. The other rooms I mentioned all lead to other rooms with switches that you have to press and I think there are supposed to be four of those. If it helps in telling you where I am at, the room before this one with the three that branch off from it has a really wide lava pool that you have to jump in order to get to my location. Also, I think that the room to the east of where I am has a north-leading door that you have to unlock, I'm guessing it leads to the boss for this area. I've tried everything I can think of to get the rest of the way through here, but I am really stuck. I've tried the search feature too, and that didn't give me anything that would help. Any help here would be great. I hope this explanation wasn't too confusing. Some of the fights, like the orb, are just a slog. I was going to try and level the sword to 50. Isn't that the highest level? I thought it was, but I think someone also said it could go much, much higher. I wonder if they meant by cheating the levels, which is dumb. I have no intention of doing it that way. Playing it normally has just gotten painfully slow. I'm at 44 or something. If there's a faster way to do this without cheating, I'd like to know what that might be. Finished the playthrough I was on (impossible mode, if you're curious) and did the after story, and finally got the real ending, which I quite liked.I do wish this game were better translated, since even with JGT it feels quite choppy.A few observationsslightspoilersbeyond:1. The dungeons in the after story...holy god, they're tricky, especially the one in the capital. There's a truly evil 90-degree collapsing scaffold that almost killed me. I definitely didn't want to go back through that area, as it just seems like more effort than it's worth.2. The final fight seemed a little bit anticlimactic, honestly, but I thought it was decently telegraphed anyway. I had no problem at all crushing it, though I was a bit confused at the end with the echoing voice coming from one side or the other, and the final boss seeming randomly vulnerable or invulnerable with no real rhyme or reason.3. I can never, ever seem to get 100% collection rate, no matter how hard I try.4. It is possible to trap the second orb (the one in Rudarufia or whatever), and make it impossible to win the fight. If you get it into the bottom left corner, it won't move, won't spawn enemies and thus can't be swatted into the nearby pit. Trust me. I tried every character from virtually every angle.Now, I have a question. I haven't updated the game in a couple of years, probably since last year or even the year before, but apparently there is a new update. What has changed? Is any of it vital? Because apart from that bug mentioned above, this game is actually pretty free of issues.Another question. Last Hope is level 30 currently, I have something like 1000HP and 50 attack and defense from rubies and diamonds. Stuff on Impossible, when all mobs are glowing, did basically no damage to me whatsoever, and I crushed damn near everything. Am I ready for Desperate mode yet? My understanding is that mobs get tons of HP, and that makes me worry for certain fights, like the stupid fencer, who hits ridiculously hard. I'd prefer not to cheat the levels as I'm already well beyond the point where anything poses a threat to me. I've got it to level 45 and grinding is just boring as fuck. I think. go in the water element cave. go in to the south west road and find the place which has a ton of ise ghosts. you can go in and out of the room and you will get alot of xp because the ghosts responn wen you exit the room. And I don't think you can get this until the king is dead in the story. Also, the chest you'll want to open will be the only one you hear ringing. Open the others only if you're curious, but there's really no point other than that. You will get the key to the treasury after you complete the dungeon in the area. Talk to one of the persons in the main hall of the castle and you should get the key. I got to the room with the warp switches and go through the Eastern room on floor 3. I found the sky key. I managed to find the tree key earlier, but didn´t save my session and can´t remember how I got the key. Now I have the darkness key I found in a chest after using the sky key to unlock the stairs back to floor 2 where there was two CHESTs. There are a couple of northern paths in that room which will lead you around the grid and bring you to some southern doors in that room which you couldn't access otherwise. You'll find the Rock key that way. Smashing pots is probably the easiest way to grind karen since the other two games are basically gambles as to whether you'll succedd or fail. The problem I had was that the file was being kept in my downloads app and I had to manually download it and then I could click on it. I was able to install the addon succcessfully. Where do I find it in nvda? Keep in mind that I am using a Swedish version of nvda so my labesl could have different names. Re: shadow rine full voice version released I did use Explorer to download the file. When I check the file, it says that the file is from Another computer and has blocked something on my computer. I tyr to download the file via chrome instead and I get a dialogue box saying blind gamers.com is wanting to access some files and ask me to either accept or block. I can´t click on these options with the enter key. Should I get some sighted help? Also, how do you check the extension of the file? I am using a Swedish compoter so the names are a bit different. I use the option which in Swedish is called egenskaper. I don´t know what it is called in English. The file should have the extension .nvda-addon which may be your problem. When you say have nvda running, do you mean to start up nvda? The file I have downloaded is a zip file. Maybe I have to unzip it first. Re: shadow rine full voice version released With NVDA running, find the addon in the folder where you downloaded it and press enter on it. It will prompt you to install, and then restart NVDA. If this doesn't work, please post the error message you're getting. There are so many topics on how to get games to translate, it's not hard to get started. For this game, I would ecommend using JGT. There is a translation project in the works, but the link hasn't been updated in awhile, and the person in charge of it hasn't put up an updated link in awhile, and I'm not sure if I'm allowed. If not all is translated, I have no idea of what is going to happen next in the story. I was expecting all to be translated form the title Full voiced edition. Unless you've played it over 100 times, saw all endings, completed all the quests, the extra episode, you not need to translate everything. BTW, has anyone made a speedrun of this game? Haha.
