It's actually not abandoned, I have just been working 70+ hour weeks and 
haven't kept it healthy. Feel free to submit a patch. When it's approved and 
merged, it will automatically deploy to the AUR:

chrisaw [1] filed a orphan request for terragrunt-bin [2]:

The package has been abandoned and I would like to pick it up and push
an update to it.

I'd be more than happy to hand it back to previous owner if they wish.
