eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for zfs-utils-common [2]:

Duplicate of zfs-utils, most likely created because zfs-utils used to
be a split PKGBUILD therefore forcing the binary module packages to
makedepend on the dkms package.

The correct solution was to split out zfs-utils, which has now been
done.
