I have used Tom-Tom for on the ground type navigation and it is interesting. Gets some things wrong, dies in the Sydney tunnel although it does try dead reckoning for a time, but much better than having SWMBO giving instructions from maps. [The girl or boy chosen simply accepts your 'mistakes'

G'day Peter. Yes, Leeton is still (sort of) active. Kev moved North some time ago to pursue a new career. He is still gliding however. There's only about 3 active members left at Leeton (myself being one of them) but we've moved from the fly every Sunday mode to the let's fly when we can mode.
