Happy Birthday! This coming saturday, 5th December, marks the 100 th Anniversary of Human Flight in Australia. At the sand dunes around Narrabeen, George Taylor flew his glider. The glider flew approx 30 flights that day in 1909, the longest being 100 yards. It was also flown by his wife.
