A friend of mine works at Halls Creek Met Office in the far north of WA sent
me this photo of a glider in the area today.
It looks like a DG1001, anyone know who's up there and what are the
conditions like?

I would call that strato-cu behind the wave, and in front.
It does look like the wave is upside down.
