We're in the same boat as Troy... have had customers randomly disabled today on
the Uber platform without being finalised on O365 and now without email
entirely. Support won't have a bar of it.
If anyone over at TPP/Netreg/Uber/whoever does get in touch with Troy, please
also give me a shout.
