Hi Elliott,
We were able to reproduce the issue last week and then unable to reproduce once
the issue was identified and resolved. For this reason
are looking into this issue and have engaged our voice engineering team for
further investigation, it is being treated as a real and serious issue.
The impact to your customer base is understood and we are working on
identifying and resolving asap.

Hi All,
This issue was caused by a change within Mega-IX, we're chasing Mega-IX for the
details to ensure it has been addressed prior to reactivating this peering
connection.

Hi All,
We’ve had an anomaly on a Border router in Perth, unsure of the exact cause at
this point, we lost some BGP sessions with all services now restored.
Was unrelated to any human activity, investigation continues.
Regards,
Roger

Hi All,
This is now resolved.
Seems HE has started doing something funky with our routes resulting in sending
all our traffic to our Asia POP’s rather than our SJC POP.
We have disabled our transit links in HKG and SIN and service has been
restored, working with HE for a permanent resolution.
Hi Dave,
One of our engineers will be contacting you soon.
Regards,
Roger
