Hi Everyone Does anyone have any contact who can help with a IP block being blocked by Outlook/Hotmail? Our ranges are registered with 'Smart Network Data Service' and it's telling me that our range is blocked due to "Blocked due to user complaints or other evidence of spamming" The

Ken - for a single house on a single block of land, she'll probably get whichever technology the neighbours are allocated, which you can find out from the NBN website lookup tool by moving the red pin around. If the block is in a FTTN area, then there's likely to already be a copper trunk cable

You do realize that Vocus have no control over companies with side boarers right? Its that company obligation to do dial before you dig. And you do realize that Vocus was still operational with their diverse links right? Also you know that Vocus was not they only one to suffer from that cut
