WG14 N2471/WG21 P2069: "Stackable, thread local, signal guards" proposes
a modernisation of signal handling for C, C++, POSIX and most other
platforms.
Earlier this morning, WG14 voted in a straw poll "we wanted to see
something along the lines of WG14 N2471 in C2x": 5/2/6 (weak consensus).
