I believe that I have the immediate problems resolved (PHP hack, god I hate
PHP) but I think I’ll need to schedule more detailed work in the near future.
We are back on line for now.

The issue tracking site is down, working to get it back up. No data is
lost that I can see, so much as a domain issue.

Mantis is down for the present; the ISP has apparently misconfigured PHP
on their shared hosting. I'm assured that this should be resolved within
24 hrs.
(More incentive to stop being lazy, and host my own site...)
