I received a suggestion to mention gnupload in the GNU maintainers
manual, since it's the easiest way (that I know of, anyway) to upload
files to ftp.gnu.org and alpha.gnu.org.
However, there is one issue I felt should be mentioned to do so: the
dependency on ncftpput. Pers
