I am running the latest version of avogadro on ubuntu 10.04, amd 64bit.
when I try to insert any "fragment" i got the message:
Cannot read file format of file
/usr/local/share/avogadro/fragments//.cml.
where is the directory and is the name of the molecule to insert.
