[Avogadro-Discuss] Error message in saving animations

Hello, I am trying to make animation using Avogadro 1.1.0 version. When I intend to 'save as .avi' it gives an error message of 'could not run povray'. I installed povray in my laptop, but I don't understand- how I can set up the PATH of povray for saving animation. I am using Avogadro in windows

Hello Users, I was wondering if it was possible to use the peptide building tools with protected amino acids? I have several protein structures with benzyl-protected glutamic acid. Would it be possible to add new amino acids to the protein building tools? Thanks
