But for a mail discussions I think Axis2/C lists are more applicable.
Java users/devs are less attractive to Ramaprt/C discussions than
Axis2/C users/devs. And all the Axis2/C discussions are important for
Rampart/C as well. I think this is valid for

What I was trying to highlight is that the proper place for Rampart/C
discussions is the Axis2/C list. Just a thought :).

I think it's better use same list for Rampart/C with Rampart/C prefix.

For Sandesha/C, mails go over the same list with a subject prefix.
