Consider ignoring directories called CVS when looking for services
------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: AXIS2-508
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-508
     Project: Apache Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
        Type: Wish
  Components: deployment
    Versions: 0.95
 Environment: cold and damp.
    Reporter: Steve Loughran
    Priority: Minor

I keep my web directory under SCM. This is what I see at deployment time

151 INFO org.apache.axis2.deployment.DeploymentEngine - Invalid service CVS
due to Invalid service META-INF directory not found; nested exception is:
        org.apache.axis2.deployment.DeploymentException: Invalid service
META-INF directory not found

Really, directories called CVS should be as ignored as those called .svn; they
are SCM artifacts, not deployable things.
