We don't have this issue with parsers - people can any impl just so long as
they adhere to the interfaces. Isn't J2EE the same way?

Build was looping over target compile.
Setting inheritAll="false" corrects that problem.
Shouldn't break (tests execute) anything, since a standalone build/run should do
effectively the same thing.
