Yes, we have at WSO2. We have an alpha-code level plugin that allows
you to plug Drools into Axis2 as a deployer and create Rule
Services. I'm sorry we didn't put up a webpage yet, but if you send
me an email I'll put you in touch with the team and get you some early
code to look at.
