I have a MS-SOAP service that returns a DIME attachment. The attachment
contains an XML stream that is base64 encoded. I am not able to handle
it in AXIS (keep getting an error). Can anybody provide an example of
how DIME attachments from a MSSOAP service can be handled in AXIS?
