How pass parameters between handler and service class

Hi,ALL.

Please tell me how pass parameters which a handler classe 
processed to the service class.
I want to process the SOAP header at the handler class and after,
the result is passed to the service class.

Shortly speaking I want to pass the information between handler 
class and service class.
