In the documentation, they say you can juste have either LITERAL or ENCODED for
the Axis 'use' option.

If I want to use the ant task to generate my files, how do I tell it to

I have two configurations. One is a Windows Box and another is a Linux
PowerPC box. The Windows Box has a distribution of Axis that is from March
