Thanks for the response. How do i write the server-config.wsdd file. Is
it generated using wsdl2java on the Implementation file.
The
examples have only one file called deploy.wsdd.

Difference
make sure of 2 things,
1. server-config.wsdd has the new service deployed(can manually edit
and modify which requires restarting the container)
2. the class file is available in web
that'll work fine.
