The panel can't be movable due to three reasons:
A) The indicators are not designed for usage with vertical panel
B) The Dash button is on the top left on the launcher at Dash control
buttons (e.g. close and maximize) are on the left of the panel. What
happens if the panel is at the bottom? The

use keyboard shortcuts.
